Africa had changed throughout the years because after  World War II fought alongside the Europeans to defend freedom. That experience made the people unwilling to accept 

colonial domination when they returned to there family. The postwar world 

changed the thinking of the Europeans too. They had begone to question the 

cost of maintaining their colonies abroad. After the World War II, many of the european countries was ready to transfer the government to the african people. all the europeans the question was when and how to do things like that.
